ClassRoom – April 20, 2023

Building on from our strategic thinking sessions we need to acknowledge that much of our ‘thinking’ is a creation of our own imagination. How else do you explain that different people gain different perspectives and understandings of a situation that they both observe at the exact same time? A very large contributor to this difference comes from our own Biases and Heuristics.
